  Possibly the worst prime rib dining experience in my long long life. First and most importantly, I ordered a medium rare, thick and while at one point of the cooking process it was medium rare, tender, and beautiful. What I actually received as as well-done as it could be without being a cardboard, and much much less than a pound. Granted that we had a large table of 14 people so someone else may have ordered a brick. Next, the salad bar is actually decent, if one is used to wilted greens and accustoms to potential food poisoning. Lastly, the location of being behind a gas station, next store to Good Will... not the best.
