  I will no longer support this 7-11. I go to this 7-11 Mon through Sun faithfully in the AM before work for morning coffee and on Sundays before church. Well on 2/5 at 10pm I went in the store to purchase a IPHONE charger. There were multiple Chargers under the price of $14.99 so I grabbed it, when I proceeded to the counter the guy ranged up the charger and it ranged up 17.99, $19.07 with tax. I informed the guy the price listed was $14.99, but because I knew the guy was a new employee I told him don't worry the manager is usually here in the mornings when I come. On 2/6 I arrived at the store at about 7:45 am and I approached the manager/ Possibly franchise owner about the charger was displayed at one price but rang another. He looks at me and say OK ma'am what do you want, my reply was excuse me. I am informing you that the advertised price is incorrect and as a customer I should not pay for what it ranged up as he proceed to say Ma'am (yelling) since you want to take advantage of someone putting it in the wrong spot come get the difference. Now remind you I don't see where this is taking advantage of either an employee error or a stocking error but what I do know I patronize this 7-11 faithfully and thought it was quite disrespectful for him to call it as such. He goes on to say we cannot change the barcodes so what it rings up is the price. I told him as a customer I don't know what your barcodes are suppose to ring up with we go by the prices listed by the merchandise. I said to the man for someone who says have a Blessed day to it's customers and to treat them this way is unbelievable. I told him that I don't want anything done at this point and I will no longer support this 7-11. If you go into a Walmart etc.. and something is mark incorrectly I do know they will honor that price. While it wasn't a money issue it was a fairness issue. Although the upkeep of this store is not a great one I still supported because I was only coming in to get coffee and my daughter would grab something to snack on.
